When you register, you become eligible for written or verbal product support from CICS. This includes installation and basic use of the software. It does not cover use of advanced features, use of software or files not included with our products, or problems caused by your computer system / radio.
- As of today, any other/ additional support is charged at
US$ 20.00 for every (starting) 15 minutes of support. Payable by credit
card (VISA/MC only).
Here's how to contact COMPUTER INTERNATIONAL user services team. If you contact us, please be prepared to give us the following information: - Complete name of our product
- Version number of the CD-ROM + Section-ID-Number / Passwords
- Specific details of the problem you're having. It is not helpful to write "...it does not work". We need DETAILS.
- Complete information on your computer and radio system setup
- because we can not SEE what you have done so far, we need a detailed written description of your hardware setup.

respective manuals? And followed all install instructions?
- did you check out our FAQ pages?
- Make sure you have an active 'high speed' Internet connection hooked up to your PC.
- If necessary, activate RDC (or another RDC program), allowing us to 'see' your computer.
- Did you install ALL Microsoft Windows© updates, including the optional/ hardware?
