Terms and Conditions

  • Our Returns Policy

Products are not sold for evaluation. Under some circumstances (at the discretion of COMPUTER INTERNATIONAL) and with prior approval, COMPUTER INTERNATIONAL will accept an item for return. Under most circumstances a 15% restocking fee and all freight charges will be assessed.

Opened or unsealed recording media, such as software, discs and tapes, but other than BONITO software on CD-ROM - see below-, may only be exchanged for the same title, and no credit or refund will be issued.

We back all of our BONITO software products on CD-ROM with BONITO switchbox  [must not be registered] with a full money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it in perfect/ mint condition [postage paid] within 20 days of date of our invoice to you and you'll get a full refund (excluding shipping, handling, and gift wrapping charges). No questions asked!

Refunds for credit card or commercial account purchases will be credited to the original credit account number used at the time of purchase. Allow time for the credit to appear in your second billing cycle. Refunds of purchases made by personal or business check or money order will be made by check within 10 business days.

  •  Origins

The products we offer are sourced from third-party vendors. Most components we sell , whether purchased directly from United States or foreign sources, are produced or manufactured in such foreign countries, but not limited,  as European Community, Switzerland, Japan, Taiwan, China, Korea and Indonesia.

  • Sales Tax

Michigan  residents will be charged   sales tax. Tax exempt customers must have a sales tax exemption certificate on file with us or we will be required to add applicable sales tax to you order.

  •  Order Acceptance

Properly completed orders are subject to acceptance by  COMPUTER INTERNATIONAL ,  Coral Springs, Florida or Manufactures´ shipping point.

  •  Damaged or Lost Items

If you receive cartons that are visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy. Once received, keep the original carton, all packing material and parts intact. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-877-283-0789 within 10 days after receiving a damaged shipment, or as soon as you determine that a shipment has been lost. Products are shipped without insurance, shipping risk for buyer's account. Shipping insurance available at extra cost and needs to be prepaid by buyer.

  •  Product Warranties

Some merchandise sold by COMPUTER INTERNATIONAL comes with a limited warranty or software license provided by a third-party manufacturer or vendor. All merchandise which does not include a warranty and/or software license by the manufacturer, vendor or COMPUTER INTERNATIONAL is sold AS IS, without warranty.

COMPUTER INTERNATIONAL makes no other warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with regard to the merchandise. Products which have been subject to misuse  ( including static discharge), neglect, accident or modification, or which have been soldered or altered during assembly or installation and are not capable of being tested, are excluded from any warranty by COMPUTER INTERNATIONAL. COMPUTER INTERNATIONAL shall have no liability to Customer or any other person or entity with respect to any liability, loss or damage arising out of or connected with the merchandise including, but not limited to , any claim for incidental or consequential damages, regardless of any warranty included with the merchandise. Please refer to the manufacturer’s or vendor’s warranty included with the merchandise to determine the remedies available in the event of a defect in materials or workmanship.

  •  Manufacturers, Vendors Warranties

Many specific products are covered by a manufacturer’s / vendor’s warranty. A copy of a specific warranty, when one is offered by a warrantor, will be made available for  inspection before sale. Call or write and a copy will be mailed or faxed. 

  • Returned Check Policy

If you pay by check or credit card and the bank or other institution returns it for any reason, you will be responsible for a service charge, and you agree to pay any other reasonable charges imposed by any check verification company or collecting agency.
