| The W41PC now uses Microsoft® DCOM to communicate between the W41PC card (W41PC server) and the user interface (W41PC client). Microsoft® DCOM allows the client and server to be separated by a network, thus enabling remote control. This structure allows a number of W41PC cards to be remotely controlled from a single PC. Selecting a W41PC card for remote control is simply done using the updated Setup menu. When not using remote control, the operating details remain unchanged.
